Little Knights Basketball

Basketball has been a cornerstone of the Central Catholic experience for generations. What started at St. Lawrence and St. Mary’s has evolved into Little Knights Basketball. In 2018, Little Knights Basketball was formed to unify the program and provide an avenue for the elementary players to learn basketball fundamentals. At LKB, we believe that development starts with a balance of faith and fundamentals. Our coaches have had basketball experience that enables them to provide an energetic and positive atmosphere for all our players. What to Expect: Over 16 weeks, your child will go from learning the basics of the "triple threat" to competing on a team. We divide the season into two focused halves: -Development: Pre-Christmas sessions are dedicated to fundamental skills and confidence. -Competition: Post-New Year sessions transition into game play, where the focus shifts to teamwork, learning game rules, and sportsmanship. The season culminates with the traditional game vs the parents.
